Pilates
I completed my training with The Pilates Foundation in June 2004.
The foundation was founded in 1996 and is the UK's first Pilates Teaching Association.
They promote the original works of Joseph Pilates, including honouring the original repertoire and principles, yet bringing current knowledge and research to the teaching of the Pilates Method.
