To further my knowledge and desire to help people be the best version of themselves I decided to become a life coach and train in the NLP method.
NLP stands for Neuro-linguistic programming and is a psychological approach that involves analysing strategies used by successful individuals and applying them to reach a personal goal.
An NLP Practitioner is a highly resourceful and professional coach who uses the NLP technique to help others. The technique entails using the brain deliberately (in terms of procedures and interventions) to achieve the desired results. I qualified in March 2022 through the NLP school in London.

We are all destined to lead a full life. The challenge is how to stop the "I can't," "I don't know how," or maybe "it's not meant to be" and get started. We start with a free 30 min phone call session about where you are in life right now and where you'd like to go. On average, the process takes about 10 - 12, one-hour sessions to develop a detailed action plan on how to achieve what you want. We usually review after 6 sessions and see how far you have come it may even be that we have accomplished what you needed to after 6 sessions. Don’t worry if you are not sure 100% about what you want to do, I’ll ask questions to identify what matters to you the most and really listen to what you are saying (as well as what you're not saying). Together, we will design and build a plan. Your plan.
